I can't find my center cap. what do i do?

My order has not arrived. Who do I contact?

Customers should receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number within two business days. For other questions or concerns, customers can contact us here or email info@needacap.com.
 

How do I install my wheels and center caps?

Please view or download our Aftermarket Wheel Installation Guidelines. We also recommend you to have your center caps and accessories installed by a professional wheel and tire store.
 

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

In some cases, your order may be cancelled due to the following reasons:

1). Your item is not in stock or back ordered
2). At this time, NEEDACAP does not ship to Alaska and Hawaii


What will I receive with my order?

All orders will be shipped with the correct number of center caps purchased and all necessary hardware to install onto the wheel. Please note all center caps are sold individually unless otherwise noted as a complete set.


SHIPPING

Do you ship outside the united states?

We ship only within the Continental United States. Currently, we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. 

 

Do you ship to p.o. boxes in the united states?

As of 1/9/2018, we will not be offering shipping options to P.O. Boxes.  Please email us at info@needacap.com if you have any questions.
 

what happens if i input an incorrect address?

Please note that NEEDACAP is not responsible for any changes of address once the item is shipped. If there is an error in your provided address to us, please contact us immediately at info@needacap.com to get the issue fixed.
 

How long until I receive my item?

Typically, we ship your order within two business days of purchase confirmation. For standard shipping, your order will arrive between 4-10 business days. For expedited shipping, it will arrive between 2-3 business days.
 

Why doesn't my carrier recognize the tracking number provided for the order I placed?

Generally, it takes approximately 24 hours for your tracking number to register after your order has been shipped. This is the time needed for their tracking system to update.

FedEx is our primary carrier. 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How long do i have to return or exchange an item?

Time frame for all returns and exchanges is 14 business days from the date of delivery. All accessories or center caps must be in new, unused, and re-sellable condition. Products should have no scratches, scrapes, or missing hardware in order to qualify for a return.
 

HOW DO I START MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Once you fill out our Returns & Exchanges Request Form, we will review your request within three days. Upon approval and processing, credit less shipping charges will be issued back to your credit card.
 

Who is responsible for the shipping fees?

For returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the physical items.
